Haha, is very normal, Flamengo alongside Corinthians are the two most hated teams in Brazil, so if you praise one of these two...When Flamengo won copa Libertadores and Brasileirão in 2 days the rest of country go completely crazy in anger/frustration haha. Reinier is a very cool name, besides being a pallindrome, is REInier (Rei = King here in Brazilian.), this make possible create several nicknames.
I only love and support one club (Madrid), but I have a fondness for Santos and I follow Flamengo, Corinthians, Vasco (even though they hate Flamengo) and a few others. The Flamengo dynamic is similar to Madrid where everyone hates them so I understand lol.
