The loon is a majestic water foul and a Canuckian national symbol. Plus smarter than Bachmann & Palin.

 

I started to watch but stopped out of shame. Watching felt similar to pointing at a group of mentally disabled people, laughing at them and getting others to laugh at them.

 

Dopiest one I can remember. I'm 37, so older people may remember someone dopier.

Did you know she's Gary Amble's sister? I was friends with his daughter waaaaaaaaay back in middle school, and I feel so, so bad for her that her crazy aunt is crazy in the national spotlight, instead of crazy privately like the rest of our crazy aunts.

 

I remember back to the early Seventies, and she's the wingbattiest since then. Of the national politicians, that is. I won't say she's nuttier than some of the Congress(wo)men.

 

That's a good point: I have a crazy cousin who can toss a word salad as well as Bachman or Palin any day of the week. Thankfully, she just has facebook and Email, not Fox News and C-Span.

Azealia Banks attacked Sarah Palin on Twitter on Sunday in a shocking series of since deleted tweets.

'Honestly… Let’s find the biggest burliest blackest n****** and let them run a train on her. Film it and put it on worldstar,' wrote Banks in one of the tweets.

In another she wrote; 'Hideous. At least suk a n**** d*** or summ’ before you start talking s*** about "black people willingly accepting slavery." Least she can do.'

The rapper lashed out at the former Alaska governor after reading a satirical article in which Palin was falsely quoted as saying; 'I’m telling you, I’ve been saying it for years, but nobody’s listening – slavery wasn’t forced onto African-Americans, they accepted it willingly.'


Getting a tad wild out there.....

 

To be fair, before the Trump candidacy, that article would have been easily spotted as satire. Nowadays... Difficult to tell...
