is the brugge jersey with the saying "we do give a shit" available to the public? and if so where can I get one cause that thing is incredibly epic
ah thanks, btw bit unlucky you guys were today, lucky bounce and a silly mistake but even so playing to win even with a man down
This years Europa League round of 32 is not the first time Club Brugge played against Hannover 96, btw: http://www.hannover96.de/CDA/aktuel...icht.html?no_cache=1&tx_ttnews[tt_news]=51844 (in German)
Spirited game tonight, should make for a good match in Bruges next week. I like you guys way better than Liège (but we may get our revenge yet).
Could and probably should have been 4-1. I don't expect us to go through based on tonight's performance. Mind you, I do believe Daum once again showed an opponent far too much respect. We are not built to absorb pressure for 90 minutes. I wish we still had Koster in games like this.
Yep. On our side Cherundolo is out due to yellows, and it is doubtfull whether Stindl will make it due to injuries. We'll also have to see how fit Abdellaoue is, but I think we have built solid depth this season, so we should be fine. We need to have a good day to really go through convincingly, however, and given how much you can improve due to it being a homematch, and the rather limited number of supporters we are allowed to bring maybe even a good day won't be enough (just remember the horrid Liege game). On the other hand we have looked convincing in the European away matches that really mattered so far (Copenhagen, Sevilla), and are playing great ever since the Winter break.
Well, that went well for us. Your side played well though, am looking forward to cross my fingers for your CL campaign next year (and the Belgian championship this year). Sorry in advance for allowing Liège to concentrate on the Jupiler league as well, though.
I actually think Liège will pose more of a challenge. I can live with going out, but not with the manner in which it happened. Daum never really allowed us to give it a go. At least under Koster, we would have went for it instead of playing ultra-defensive and with the hand-break on. What I'm saying is that I'd rather have lost 5-0 on aggregate and really taken the game to you than lose the way we did. In terms of tactics, this is my least favorite Club team in a long, long time.
How would I forget our worst game of the season so easily? That was a different team, somehow. Just look at the Germany - Hungary ties in 1954 (the year Hanover became German champion for the 2nd time, coincidentally ;-) ).
Do you guys know Wang Shangyuan? Any chance he becomes a starter this season or at least a regular sub?
A starter no, a regular sub perhaps He is still young and for a chinaman Europe is a whole different world But if you can do this, you've got a future
I was thinking more of discussion of what is actually going on with Club Brugge. I know they have that Aussie GK who looks pretty good.
This is looking like another disappointing season. It's the boards fault of course. Instead of firing managers and throwing money at the problem, perhaps they need to have a good, long look in the mirror?
watched a bit of the game today. Club didn't look as dynamic as they did last season. Losing the kid, took some pace out of their attack.
