Seeing this is more or less a transportation thread I recall, as a preteen, the Dreicorn Bread delivery guy with a horse drawn cart. He would walk from door to door with a basket full dropping off loaves while pony kept pace with him. Ps...loaves were a dime and one often got free fertilizer as a bonus!
Damn, that's gorgeous. I'd never drive it- end up being unalived by someone who didn't think I deserved to own the car
That MG is pretty. This is my buddy's car. I'm too shy for it, but it's a riot. It's been in his family for 76 years, iirc.
From Officer Marge Gunderson...Fargo. "Did Ya Hear The One About The Guy Who Couldn't Afford Personalized Plates So He Went And Changed His Name To J3L-2404?"
Boy...am I pithed! My car battery went kaput after only 9 yrs. Replacing it I did all the hard stuff like disconnecting and redoing the clamps and cables. Daughter had it easy removing and replacing 40 lb battery.
Anybody draw a lot of cars as a little kid? Of course you did! Those were the toughest wheels to draw, with the slightly curved oval cutouts. I had forgotten about this design by the time I was old enough to build model cars, because Cragars totally dominated the 70s USA muscle car mods, like BBS with European sports cars half a decade later
