    Andy,

Link doesn't appear to be working. You mistype something or do you have the right one?

i was able to link to it just fine.

    rookie of year: twell (misdefined?)
    coach of year: nicol
sportsman of year: heaps (sans headbutt)
    acq of year: twell:

imo, revs weren't the most worthy in other categories.

    p.s. i found this a bit funny
(i know its probably defined a bit diff in practice..than it was written)

Ron Burton Sr. Community Hero of the Year
A professional player who gives back to their community and/or local charities, and serves as a role model to the youths of New England.
    nominated...p.j. stock?!
shouldn't that read: the "yutes" of new england?

Who are the Boston Cannons and why do they have as many nominations as the Revs? Something about this thing says "token."

Speaking as a Bruins Season Ticket holder and the Girl that won Stock in a contest. Stock is the first Bruin on board with ANY charity requests and apparently when youth hockey comes to practices he's always made himself very available to everyone. He's truly a quality guy and he can break your face.

yeah, obviously you don't get nominated for this if you aren't working with charities and kids. i just found "p.j. stock" and "role model to youths" mildly amusing upon first glance. as a population, most hockey guys are far more upstanding as citizens and all-around good guys....even more so when compared to their nfl, mlb, and nba counterparts.
