So OK, you've given up watching war coverage on CNN, since America-hating just isn't your thing. The Beeb has become Pravda London, openly rooting for Saddam Hussein. MSNBC is so broke they can't even afford one of those tiresome retired generals with a telestrator pretending to be John Madden. (Then the Three ID comes around from the South and BOOOM!!) So your default coverage is Fox, like everybody else, according to Neilson. But how the hell do you keep track of all those blonds? ED Hill is hot, but they all tend to blur together. Wow, that guy has some free time, huh? On the news coverage front, if there were a 24 hour cable news network during World War II, how long would the United States have lasted before the people flipped out? Didn't Germany and its allies pretty much kick the hell out of us for the first six months or so? Also, it's odd seeing the bottom-of-the-screen crawls on the Arab networks crawl left to right rather than right to left. For some reason I never thought of that. Speaking of crawls, which cable news network will be the first to buck the trend and get rid of that annoying thing?
watching war coverage (i only get cbs, so i dont have much choice) is like watching sky sports news on fsw....there's so much going on you have no idea where to look
