I posted a different view in the transfer thread, this one is weirder as it does not follow a pattern of showing starter and back up (sometimes the presumed starter is on the left sometimes on the right), it is also odd in that it shows Pique and Masch both at Right CB even though they'll often play together, and it shows Masch as DM too:

Our RB spot is missed up , a midfielder and a winger , we need to get a defender to play there and hopefully we get to do that in the winter transfer period , i say this because i know there will be some issues in the defense coming from that side and it could cost us in the long run , let's see what happens.

Basically the article states that his victory came on the heels of the recent rule change whereby 4 "big" countries get 4 teams in the CL each year, leading to fear that big clubs (and the big leagues they play in) have too much power. He is seen as the candidate to challenge the overemphasis on big clubs.

That's not the main issue with SR , his defensive positioning is AWFUL and his awareness when players charge at the left wing is non existent , sure we might get away with it playing against mediocre teams but when we face clubs with high pace players on that left side we will suffer greatly.

i think you will notice this when we play against LPB and have Ronaldo AND Marcelo charging from that side , just check how SR will deal with this and you will understand what i mean.

Hard to imagine Cristiano putting up with this, I think just a couple weeks ago he grabbed the ball with his hands and booted it away when this was happening to him in a Real practice. The article has an embedded video which shows a rondo game in Barca's practice where MS&N are all in the middle and the team completes the rondo and gets to slap them for not getting the ball:
