    Ok guys,

    Is it real or fake?

I think it's fake and he's dead and someone is using his name recognition to continue their movement.

I also believe that the release of the tape MAY be a signal to sleeper cells.

Who thinks our gov't would allow a terrorist act to occur in order to get the war on?

I'm not sure if it's real or fake. It's probably fake, but I can't decide who faked it and what for. There are reasons that the US would benefit from this, but also Saddam and Al Queda have things to gain also.

I'm confident that the US Government would not allow a terrorist attack in order to advance an agenda, despite what many conspiracy theorists might say.

I think it's fake and the prick is dead.

No we won't let a terrorist act happen if we can stop it.

Now I think we should go into Iraq F the UN and nato. Kill everone there who needs killing. Then we should do what Saddam said and take their oil. So it becomes our oil, and share it only with our friends.

If their is a terrorist act, and we can trace any part of it to Saudi Arabia. Then we go there kill all who needs killing and take their oil. Put them back on camels where they belong.

Then all the other Arab countries would stop supporting and arrest the terrorist because they would be afraid they will be next.

If only we had the balls to do it. If we did we could easily do it.

Then presto like magic peace and love would prevail throught the land.

If we think Bin Laden is dead, then we have the problem of the government lying to us through their teeth.

Why is it acceptable for the administration to lie about this?

Unless they're being fooled by Al-Jazeera...but I have to think they'd know a fake tape when they heard it.

This wouldn't be the first administration to lie to the American people. Oh the days of stained dresses, how much more fun you were.

And yet so many people who decried Clinton's, um, liberties with the truth shall we say, are so willing to swallow whatever dung pill this administration feeds them. Either these people are hypocrites, or they think it's ok to lie as long as it's your guy telling the lies.

Let's see, one guy gets a bunch of people killed and one guy gets a blow job. I can see how these are almost the same.

Sorry, I was anticipating the results of whooping up on Iraq. If/when that happens it will be a bunch of dead Iraqi's and 2 or 3 friendly fire casualties on our side. Still a bunch of people compared to the blue dress scandal.

Bush is to moral to "let" 9/11 happen and if morality wasn't the issue he wouldn't have the brains to pull that conspiracy off.

Was it before, during , or after the blow job that he blew up the aspirin factory in the Sudan?

In war time the truth must be protected by a bodyguard of lies. If the CIA is behind the latest tape, and it serves to flush out more of our enemies, I say lie to me all day long.

That was a baby formula factory. Point taken.

I was comparing the spin of the current administration in their efforts to gain support for a war to the lies of Clinton trying to avoid impeachment over a **************.

    In related news...

What is up with Conde Rice telling Mr. Blix just what he should include in his next report?!

Hey, I thought it was Iraq that was not letting the UN inspectors do their unbiased work?

Actually, it was an aspirin factory. The baby milk factory was in Gulf War I.

You would think for consistency's sake, if one was acceptable, then so is the other.

There are three problems with hiring a bodyguard of lies. One is, they suck at their job. Maybe it's the internet cutting down the shelf life of falsehoods, and maybe it's because this administration couldn't convince a fish to swim, but at least try to fool someone occasionally. Call me a sentimental fool, but ideally an address to the United Nations by the Secretary of State should at least make it until sundown without being shot down more than Snoopy against the Red Baron.

I also don't believe that, as a general principle, the people of the United States have the right to be kept in the dark about whether the man behind 9/11 is alive or dead. It's not as if we're sheep or children, or that we won't support the war against al-Qaeda if we find out Bin Laden is dead.

And this is what mystifies me - what advantage do we get from pretending he's alive? Pretending he's dead makes far more sense, politically and militarily. Especially if the goal is to flush him out.

Even saying "we don't know" would be acceptable, in fact refreshingly honest from these clowns.

But why on earth pretend he's alive? So millions of sympathizers can believe he got away with it? In order to play into Al-Qaeda's hands - I mean, presumably they also want people to think Bin Laden is alive, so why the hell are we helping them?So we can accept the overthrow of the Constitution in the name of....

    Oh.

Nah, the junta isn't THAT evil....are they?

That's an excellent point. I hadn't thought of that, but now that I've read it, it's embarassing that I didn't think of it. Maybe these guys AREN'T the worst liars ever to run the White House, maybe it's just alot tougher to get away with it now.

    Blog on, Wayne!!

This I did think of. But then I decided to think of fuzzy happy puppies instead.
