What do you think is the best football league in Europe and why? England, Holland, Spain, Germany, Italy. Most people say the Spanish league, and its hard to argue with that. I dont think the champions league final last year was a good advertisement for Italian football at all, although it shows the strength of their league that they both made it that far. I dont think there is a more exiting league than the english one, but perhaps there is better quality in Italy and spain!!
Spain because they have the most skilled players in the world. In Spain you see moves that when a player in england does it the fans in the stadium go "ooh, ahh" but in Spain they are common.
Spanish league has more quality than English league IMO. But it's hard to judge. Very different styles of play. Just like Italy. A lot of lower Italian teams are tough to beat because of their closed style of play. English teams can be tough because of their energetic no bs style... in the end it always comes down to the form of the day. There is no easy answer to which club or league is stronger.
