Um...America is on North America. How could one possibly vote any other way? ( Like my ideas? Care to subscribe to my newsletter? Go here: https://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=37273 )
Well I haven't been to Australia, Africa or South America. But my personal choices would be. North America - USA is home and Mexico is great to visit. Australia - Great weather and Australians are the coolest people in the world. Americans and Europeans suck compared to them. Granted I still have to pay the land down under a visit but I'm sure it's great. Europe - Plenty to see, but it would really depend on the country. South America - Great weather, women and I always have got along with South Americans very well. Asia - Great for a visit, but not where I would want to live. Africa - Sorry, do many problems. Visit yes, live no.
Continents are too huge to rank. I mean, I'd rather live in the US than in Cambodia or Bangladesh, but at the same time I'd rather live in Hong Kong or Saigon than a slum in Mexico City. The only continent that doesn't really have any really shitty areas that I know of is Australia/Oceania, so if you're gonna be plonked down in a random spot I guess that's your safest bet. If you get to pick the exact spot you choose to live, and you're choosing completely impartially (some people, notably Americans, Australians, and Brits, tend to have it in their personality that they're never really at home outside their country), then you can find someplace nice in any of the continents--New York, London, Rio, Sydney, Hong Kong, Cape Town. (OK, I guess not Antarctica.) Alex
Kappa, Are we to assume any particular economic level across all these continents? Without that, this poll seems pretty silly. I guess you could say, "living at the average income of each continent," if you wanted to try to qualify it... Otherwise, being poor would such pretty much suck anywhere you lived, and the rich all around the world have similar benefits.
DoctorJones24, it seems reasonable to factor in the likelihood of your economic status if you were, say, the next person born in each of the contintents. It's safe to assume that few of us would want to take our chances with Asia, South America and especially Africa.
Well in any sense? If you don't like small countries or poor countries or you like more opprotunieis or a rising economy? Then the patter in a continent is very important!
Antarctica is the hands down winner. #1) Never been a war on Antarctica. #2) Very low crime rate. #3) 24 hours of sunshine half of the year. VOTE Antarctica!!
Don't forget that the real estate housing in Antarctica is 576% below average rates in Rural U.SA!!! You can get a mansion and 78 Acres of land in Antarctica for USD $26,000!!!
#4) You can all come live on "my" island there. OK, so I have no material claims to it, but it's named after my uncle, Robert Lyddan, and I'd doubt if anyone would mind.
