My interest in no players dying is to not dilute the talent pool of MLS (LLC...ahem). Their fans can go die in a FIRE...with their front office and their zero flag waving policy.

No no no, it's not a zero flag waving policy, that would be fine. We would mock them for it, push them to be consistent in application etc.

It's worse, it's a wave your flags when we tell you to policy, which is a huge insult. The clowns in charge of their stadium ops could use a bit of an education in the worlds game. Not surprising as they hired one of Toyota Parks biggest jerks.

Sorry to disappoint you. Perhaps you could offer advice on how to make it better?

You don't have to be sorry and I wasn't trying to criticize you .
Maybe you could substitute those fonts with sh*t ...(see Union's flag for reference)

I think there's some mis-communication here - he was talking about the SC on the SKC crest, I think, which (unless your powers are somewhat greater than I've been led to believe) you, Scott, had nothing to do with.

Back on the game ... With Zusi on the wing, KC's midfield is much more focused on destroying than creating. It'll be harder to exploit them through the middle, and unless Rolfe consistently drops to help out, we'll be outnumbered 3 v 2, where their three are vicious studs-up nutcases and ours are Logan Pause and Alex. Actually, now that I think about these matchups, this worries me more than a little.

    Ehhh, whaddo I know?

I hear that. We may need to absorb pressure and hope for a counterattack off a long ball. Perhaps something similar to the last time around on 6/29. SeanJ will be the key again. He must be in top form if we are to get a result out of this. No mental errors allowed in this one.

I'll be there - I haven't washed the shirt I was wearing while I watched the last win. It will be worn. Tailgate in Lot I if you haven't heard already.

Tip: when leading in the dying minutes, take ball to corner. Hold ball at corner.

It is for this reason that the Oduro for MacDonald sub doesn't make sense. Oduro should be brought on for Rolfe or Nyarko, and play more as a midfielder than a forward, and we should try to get a goal from like the 65-80 minute or so, then we can still use Mackie to hold the ball at the corner at the very end

Does the SKC front office finally get what they want?

An actual rivalry with the Fire. Seriously, if these teams start battling for playoff spots/in the playoffs, it will happen with no manufactured sandwich marketing ploy. We all hate the Yellow Cows but this may be something. I can almost hear the lame Shots, Shots, Shots cheer from the Blue Hell Caldroun Wiz Urinal...

It is with distress I discovered AGAIN I get NBC 5.2 and NOT NBC SPORTS NETWORK meaning I will need to find this match on a TV in some place that has food and can accommodate my under 21 sons... Anyone? Watch Party? Last time I tried to go to the Globe they were none too happy with kiddos after a certain hour.

Leonas is a pizza place, they showed the USA vs Jamaica, so they may show the FIRE game, they have tons of TVs so I am sure they would change the channel if asked.

Could always just try playing a longball for a 1 v 4. Actually tried that and gave it away 5 times last 2 games.
I could watch 5000 games of all levels and the Fire are the only team that tries to long ball to the Ghanian's who then try to beat all defenders with fancy footwork.

I want to clarify and I am out. There is and will be no restriction on when you can wave your flags in the away supporters section. Bring your flags, wave them as long and hard as you want. You can verify this with Joel Biden.

They try this all the time, but they usually lose the ball right away. I'd rather see them get a few more numbers into the attack and go for goal if they don't have players on the field who are good at keeping possession while holding off defenders.
