Thiago set to leave Bayern. Wonder where he ends up as most of the top clubs are set in midfield

    WRONG!!!!

Couldn’t be more wrong on this one buddy. Some of my greatest sporting memories in life come from the World Cup & Euro Cup. I could not disagree more with you on this.

That's your opinion. It's still watered down in quality compared to club football.

Some teams playing, especially with recent tournament expansions are absolutely laughable. Schoolyard teams. Then the nationalism. I'd rather have more club football than national team panini sticker album cookie cutter bullshit football.

I'd rather meet Rapinoe than any Barca player ever.

It's football. Only with more casuals. And nationalism. And sponsors. Hurray?

It just offers something different. Different passion and memories for me.

Tournaments are only every 4 years and players can't be bought. Really takes a special generation to bring home the trophies. I just love it

    Club football provides phenomenal

Big fax! The memories I’ve made during these tournaments can never be replaced. Truly special times!

The statement that only causals enjoy international tournaments could not be more wrong.

We are all allowed to be wrong from time to time though it’s no big deal. No one is perfect, not even you @4x4s !! :p

Safe to say he's been a total bust at Barca. Wouldn't be surprised if they try to offload him at the end of next season.

You're being too harsh. Brasiliero matches can be quite entertaining.

There seems to be a lot of outrage in Madrid twitter about Sociedad’s handling of Odegaard. Apparently they’ve been making him play through a chronic injury since October

Always liked Sociedad, it's a shame if it's true.

Why judge a tournament by its weakest teams ? Just catch the good games/good teams .... of which there are plenty.

If it’s a chronic injury then it probably can’t be cured, only managed, so what do they expect Sociedad to do? Sit him out forever?

Of course he should get as much rest as medically possible but he should play if he is able to, is happy to and it won’t inflame things.

I am sure we would play him too if all of the above were met.
