I was a big fan of Felix and wanted us to sign him but of course we went for Hazard and Atleti paid a crazy amount. He’s had a up and down season but tonight he’s been great. Every time he’s touched the ball he’s been disruptive.
I would say he had a mostly down season, only looked really good in preseason. As @4x4 said, we had the better deal for him but Mendes choose the money as always and Joao is suffering for it. Would have been better to go back to Benfica for a season. Still has potential but it’s been a harmful season for him thus far.
