USA: 3pm ET on Peacock Premium.

After a shock but deserved loss in the UCL to Porto, theres no time for the boys to sit around and feel sorry for themselves because we have Bonesaw FC visiting us in the EPL.

Pools win overnight has put them 5 points and GD ahead of us, meanwhile 115City are 1 point on us with -4GD.

Suffice to say, this game is massive. We absolutely need to win to keep the title race wide open, but we also owe Newcastle a solid pounding for the bullshit result they got over us earlier in the season when VAR missed a clear foul to gift them a win.

It sounds like we have no injuries stemming from the UCL match, and maybe we see some rotations since Mikel didn't really go to the bench against Porto besides taking off Trossard for Jorginho.
Still unsure of the timeline for return for Jesus, Tomi, Partey and Zinchenko so I assume we will find out in the prematch presser.

I think we roll Newcastle at home, we are still in excellent form, and besides beating Villa away at the end of January the Toon haven't really set the world on fire.

Arsenal 3-1, with goals to Saka, Ode and Big Gabi.

    LES FOGGIN' GO!

    Massive game indeed.

Newcastle has a bit of a rep for doing to us what Porto did last night. So there seems a good chance that they'll be inspired by how well it worked on us. So hopefully Mikel will have our boys a little better prepped for that possibility than he seemed to do for Porto.

And I was really disappointed at how impotent we were last night. Collectively we need to really take it up a level in effort, urgency, intensity, directness, whatever.

One possibly key factor in our favor is that whatever ref is assigned to us (who is it?) they're not likely to be as deferential to the play acting that the Dutch guy was last night.

Edit: I did end up finding that HR = Paul Tierney, VAR = Peter Bankes. Could be better, could be worse?

I suppose there's a chance Partey makes the bench but will he play? I wouldn't bet on it. I'm not even considering him starting. Zinny is even longer odds, and Jesus I'm sad to say I'm very pessimistic about his outage.

What stadium is that????? Something from La Liga Segunda? Capacity 3000? Cute though.

Google has had notable complaints this week about their AI image generating tools. Maybe something with "Emirates" was flagged as racist?

As far as this match goes. Expecting nothing less than a win...especially to reset after a disappointing result on Wednesday.

What's the latest info in terms of watching a match on Peacock after it's played?

I won't be able to catch this live unfortunately, and would much prefer to watch it Saturday night vs. having to wait until Sunday.

That has been better for me of late. I used to have to wait 24 hours after the match; now I can usually watch on Peacock same day. I'm on the basic subscription ($5.99/mo) if that matters.

One other note, I usually save the Arsenal match in "My Stuff" in Peacock before or during the match. That may make a difference whether you can see if sooner than 24 hours, but I recommend doing this just to be safe.

I think the Peacock matches have replays available shortly after the end of the match, while the USA and NBC matches aren’t available until 9am the following morning.

However, I’ve found that the old NBC Sports app has the replays up for both shortly after the match, assuming you have the permissions to watch based on your subscriptions to the various channels.

Normal service resumed in today’s presser. Team news:
    • Partey’s very close to full fitness
    • And Jesus is the same! (surprising to me so I’ll believe it when I see it)
    • Zinny is not too far away
    • But Tomi needs a bit more time
    • Timber will hopefully be back this season

I made a joke a looooooooooong time ago that we would see Timber back on the pitch before Partey and I still think theres a good chance we see that.

Won't be able to see due to Peacock and my attention given first to Atlanta United, which kicks off an hour before, but I'll be checking in and obviously lending whatever energy I can.

    Vamos Arsenal! Up the Gunners!

Let's just say I hope we take control of this game early and get both Vieira and Jesus some minutes in the 2nd half.

The websites show us as 4-3-3, with Rice in center. But I'm thinking Jorge would more likely have that spot. Or maybe it might even be a 4-2-3-1 with Rice & Jorge as a pair?

p.s. Jesus makes the bench! Wow, my fears were unwarranted? And Partey does not. Hmm... a fitness decision or ??

Nice to see Karius's career resurrected... to a degree. BUT I wouldn't mind him throwing in a howler or two tonight. ;)

After Pool & Citeh did what they needed to, this is an even bigger must win...

Several forays/shots in their box in the last minute or so. Great urgency. Keep that up!
