You may have to sideload Flash. Flash doesn't come on the Nexus, and Adobe has withdrawn it from Google Play. Search for it, since it's readily available. I had a Nexus 7, and while it was OK hardware, the software and apps weren't up to snuff. Frankly, I sold it and got an iPad mini, which works flawlessly--but again, no Flash sites.
I'm streaming the game from the extra time live app on my note 2 through T-Mobile LTE, amazing quality, no buffering, but sub-par sound.
