13' Leo with a lively individual effort... deflected just wide. He doesn't show any signs of the hammie we thought he'd done last time.

14' Saka corner to Partey whose header forces a smart save.

16' Newcastle slicing through us again. Barnes shot off Partey then Raya save. I don't like the vibes since KO.

Edit: 17' the resulting corner forced yet another Raya double save. Yikes.

Best thing about today so far is our new kits. Very simple, clean and trad.

Yeah. And a little surprising given how we did a poor 1T against Pool, and faced the severe ire of Arteta as a result.

Saka is 1v1 a fair bit, why are we not taking advantage of it?

Saka continues to put in dangerous corners, forcing Pope into nervous saves.

38' Livramento streaking through the middle. Tackled from behind by Partey. Crazy that this game is still 0-0

    Calafiori to the rescue?!

Edit: and not for MLS but for Saliba? Hmm...

Shape change?? (or just a shuffled back 4 of White-Kiwior-Cala-MLS)

Short corner routine today has been a failure.

From the Beeb: "Declan Rice has now scored more goals for Arsenal (16 in 102 games) than he did for West Ham (15 in 245 games)"

Not a red card because Dan Burn was a covering defender when Martinelli would have gotten the ball....

Yeah seemed obvious to me. Was Dicko saying it was DOGSO? That seemed more like a dog shit interpretation. :p
