It's going to be amazingly difficult for any team to win the league in the next few years IMO

Its why I think you will see us go very hard for Rice, if you look at their stats they both play incredibly similar roles. I think ideally Rice comes in and you can rotate Rice and Partey, but also it factors in the fact that despite Partey being fairly durable this season previously he is unreliable.

If we go into the season next year with Partey/Rice/Jorginho, thats serious depth.

I think we need Rice and a younger midfielder who's more of a true 6.

I mean as a Partey replacement. Someone young who can grow into the position like a Caicedo or Zubimendi. I think Rice can certainly play the 6, but I don't want to be why we buy him if we do. I want him as the Xhaka upgrade.

Not sure exactly what you're trying to say...
The top of the table will generally very tight for a few years?
Or only a few teams with ridiculous budgets and squad depth will be able to win... everyone else has little chance?
    Or ???
But surely one team will be able to win the league every year. ;)

I mean it will be a bit like the world cup. Even if you are one of the top sides, your chances to win are probably not better than 15%

I don't know. It would have to be europe wide.

One thing I like about Super League proposals is such a cap could be implemented by the participants
