Yeah. I realized after. I tried it today and it works. I'm amazed how much off the mainstream games goes on.

2-0 other team. Salzburg went young and it's not looking good. Nothing the fault of Aaronson though. He has been present in some attacks, had a good dribble and pass across the box early in the game. Had a few good passes and in general is not invisible like last game.
Another poor game. He at least touched the ball some. Should’ve had an assist but doesn’t take away from his overall performance. He has to learn how to retain and progress the ball through build up (even if it looks like rb Salzburg are allergic to making more than three passes per sequence). as an aside, this league is a chore to watch. Just terrible soccer.
#USMNT Brenden Aaronson started and went 69 minutes for Salzburg. He had 67% passing, 2 key passes, 2/5 accurate crosses, 2 long balls, 1 shot off target, 2/6 successful dribbles, won 7/11 duels, and 1 tackle— Mr. Silence Dogood (@POTP_Silence) February 28, 2021 Today gave me flashbacks to bad Union games. The thing with this style is that when it works it looks so lethal and deadly but when it doesn't it just looks like you are giving the ball away cheaply and chasing the game.
I wasn't able to watch the game so can only go off of the 2 minute highlight clip @wixson7 posted. Looked like he did his usual, even if it was a losing effort by the whole team. His corners/free kicks and crossing is really good. I mean, his passing in general across all types is really good and really consistent as far as I've ever seen--which counts for a lot since he's still only 20.
If I watched that package without knowing what happened, I'd be pretty sure they won. Looks like he's hitting as good a dead ball as anyone in our pool.

After a bad first half by everyone on Salzburg (Aaronson was ok but also did not stand out), the second half was better. Aaronson has found the ball more, had a few good passes and a good moment of control. Just now he had a nice dummy that let the ball find Berisha who scored a blast from a crazy angle. As I type he is still out there in the 74th still looking fresh and pressing, after playing 60+ in two previous starts in the past week (I think) so hit fitness seems to be in a good place too.

Came off a nice forced turnover in the final third after a GK pass, Seigwald to Ademi who dribbled it in and all Aaronson had to do was tap it in. Before that though (like right before that, they were still showing this replay when they had to cut back to Aaronsons celebration) Aaronson was chasing a through ball to the endline in the box, and it was slightly overhit and was going out, but Aaronson made a ridiculous touch to nutmeg the defender and was about to turn on it but slipped. Field ruined what coulda been a highlight reel play. He is also still out there even after RB made all their subs, so good experience for him.
Won't ever get easier than that. Should be no arguments about the term "sitter" on that one. Glad he bounced back after his 1st less than stellar game in Europa.
Brenden Aaronson vs Sturm Graz (1 Goal): His great touch followed by a slip happened at 3:36. Otherwise the highlights seem to confirm that he had a much better second half.
