The downsides seem to be minor:

The channels won't be added immediately and you'll have to pay more if you want ACC Network or SEC Network and don't live in those markets.

I’m thinking of switching when some of my DirecTV credits roll off. I’m currently paying DirecTV $120 per month for Premier, Epix and the Deportes Pack after various promotions and credits are factored in. And I already pay Fubo $10 per month for their original package to get BeIN and Gol and TyC in HD. So that’s $130. I can get Fubo Ultra for $80, $6 for the international sports add on, and then get Starz ($10) and Epix ($6) either direct or through Amazon and I’d be at $102, which is much lower than even my *promotional* rate on DTV. (I get HBO free by virtue of my AT&T cell plan, which gives me a $15 credit on my DTV bill.) (I get Cinemax through my DTV plan, but now that it has no original programming I wouldn’t pay $10 extra for that.) And in three months, I have $55-65 in credits rolling off my DTV account. So even if Fubo goes up $10-15 per month, it’s still a huge bargain. I’d gain the pac-12 channels and red zone, and the only thing I watch that I’d be giving up is the 4K premier league game (which hopefully finds its way on to fubo or the nbc app soon.)

    Am I missing anything?

Streaming is cheaper, in general, since you don’t have to pay for the equipment. And fubo’s addition of ESPN completes what most of us have been missing: one place where you can get all the channels we need.

The only thing I would caution you to check is if your internet provider has a data cap since you will be streaming a lot based on your list. Those can be deal killers in places where there is no internet competition.
