Atletico and Barcelona are straight trash. Cholo surely has to get the boot soon…

Hey @locoxriver, River will need a new manager, if they have not yet hired one… what say you? Give Cholo another chance?:D

Speaking of new managers, Barcelona’s gonna need one soon. They have a decent squad, Xavi just can’t cut it. I wonder if they’ll approach Gallardo a second time

Do I admire Cholo? Sure. Do I appreciate that he won a title with River? Absolutely.

Have I forgotten he lead us to last place? lol no. Thanks but emphatically no thanks.

Cholo has been an iconic figure for them like SAF for MU or Wenger for Arsenal. I mean Wenger never win CL and only won few league titles but sometimes a club simply has big affection to a certain people. Unlike Wenger, Cholo actually has European level success , winning Europa twice.

Also, the fact that Cholo somehow won La liga two seasons ago means his job is safe for next few seasons.

If he does move to another club , I think serie A would be a good place for him.

He has time and time again said that he will surely coach Inter in the future, so who knows..

We would have beat them in 2018 if wasnt Sampa naivity. They're the most beatable world champ in history. To think thats one of the worst version of Argentina that faced them...

Their defence is overrated, conceided many at KO stage and in Euro aswell.

Then again, Im not wishing anyone to get injured though.

If France was in somewhat of a tougher group, it would have not shocked me if they failed to get out of the group stages. But Australia and Tunisia would be lucky to get a point out of that match. But let’s hope for the Tunisians or the Aussies finishing second and either France or Denmark finishing first. Of course, us finishing first is smart.

Watching the Inter-Bayern match and Inter should have been awarded a clear penalty. Mane raised his hands in the box to protect his face and hit him in both hands and no penalty. I swear, VAR is an absolute joke.

Some of these injuries could be just phantom injury. I dont blame the players though. The WC will be played in middle of packed schedule where clubs could play up to 3 games a week.

Aguero and ADM fitness issue years ago has really cost us in major tournaments. I dont care if ADM would just sit his ass till WC started.

    River 4 - 0 Betis

These European scrubs are not at our level… I thought they were supposed to be “miles ahead”. Next time we'll play with our U-15s to even it out..

I am trying to figure out the link between Betis playing River… Pellegrini? And finally, Pinola decides to retire at a jillion.

If you go to the main forum full of UEFA fanboys, all the (1st and 2nd tier) Euro teams are phenomenal and unstoppable and Argentina and Brasil are nowhere near their level:ninja:. The delusion.

I think this World Cup will also be about handling the heat and humidity.

I am not watching the Germany game, but their forum was complaining that their players are sweating profusely even in the early stages of the game.
