While I love Ole I'm not a fan of going back to the same guys. Out of the 3 (Fletcher, Ole, Carrick) I'd like to give the interim job to Carrick. He's got experience of managing a club at Boro and although he did manage us for 3 games between Ole and Rangnick, he would be seen as someone newish. Fletcher has only been coaching the U-18's since July. Also, it's a bit weird he was "technical director" for 3 years before being replaced by Wilcox, then was some sort of coach before officially being named U-18 coach last July.

I think we are back to player power regardless the manager because nobody will fully respect an interim whoever it is.

For example in a big shock to nobody Mainoo returned to training today.

Best we can hope for is nothing gets too out of hand and players wanting to get minutes before a world cup means they may stay in line to some extent for five months.

Then hope we get a full time manager in the summer to assert some control hopefully backed by the board.

Nah, I think the one thing Amorim did do decent was make them slightly more resilient. I dont think we are back to player power yet. I believe we are in the balance now and if we give Ole the job they may play hard for a bit, but revert back to type

It's tough to say. It is a good point that a lot of our players are motivated to make their world cup teams. I'd just hate to see us go back to Maguire. Hopefully, whoever takes over would be smart enough not to do that...

He just seems like a bit of a cnt who really hasn't achieved enough to be as such.

Like you have to be good at your job or be likeable, he is neither

    Oh so Luke Shaw... AGAIN!!!!

Who on our team are on the bubble? Cunha is going, Amad is going. Not sure of Slovenia made it, but Sesko would go without question. Mbuemo is a guaranteed starter, but they did not make it. Casemiro is basically a captain for Brazil now, after Ancelloti brought him back and he gained form. Ugarte, despite being shit, will always be called up. Dorgu [dont think Denmark are going] would go easy. Dalot is the no. 1 RB now. Licha, while not always a guarnteed starter, is going. Shold be a start though. Yoro was never going to make it, they are too deep in his position. De Ligt, may not start, but if he's healtrhy he's going. The manager criticizes him a lot and mostly calls im. Mazroui is a starter at LB. Bruno is Bruno, would probably be captain without Ronaldo

So basically only the English guys.

Point still stands - all I said was they are all motivated to get minutes prior to the world cup - so less likely to make trouble, feign injury etc. Didn't say they were all fighting for a starting spot.

The Zirkzee, I think tells me all I need to know about the front office.

Buy a player and play him outside his role.

I thought it was more Ole as head, Carrick as assistant, not dual heads.

With Wilcox and SJR (reports) interfering in formation tactics, tuchel xavi will not be suitable options. I would go for don ancelotti as he is very flexible manager.

I mean, id probably have put money on it if i was that kind of person.

Its Brighton, a team we struggle to play against. Our defense is trash right now. Our midfield with Ugarte and Casemiro is even worse. After watching us defend vs Burnely, I feel lke there's no way we'll contain Brighton as bad as they can be.

It may be a 4-2, 3-1 game for them.

Licha has been really BAD. Heaven is learning on the job. If were happy with that, then dont ********ing cry next time either makes a mistakes. But when the ******** is De Ligt supposed to be back?
