If you feel the need to post a tweet, an X, whatever, about the 2024 election, and you want to do it in this sub-forum, please do it here. I hate to have to delete some good tweets from other threads. Thanks.

If Vance and Walz applied for the same job in corporate America, Vance would get picked every time. And it wouldn’t even matter what the job was.— Scott Adams (@ScottAdamsSays) October 2, 2024

Trump is putting more and more of his chips on convincing White voters, especially women, especially non- college women, in the big 3 former blue wall states that non-White migrants are coming to threaten them. https://t.co/9l9wbaPfzu— Ronald Brownstein (@RonBrownstein) October 3, 2024
The ineptitude, the misogyny, the xenophobia, or the fascism didn't do it. Well, thanks to tardiness, I guess... This is absolutely devastating for Trump. The Washington Post just released a report on why people leave Trump’s rallies early. This woman left early and attending Trump’s rally convinced her to vote for Kamala Harris: pic.twitter.com/X4WIsrSjjs— MeidasTouch (@MeidasTouch) October 4, 2024
I'm pretty sure I had that Matchbox in 1973. My mother used to substitute teach and I would get Matchboxes and Hot Wheels she'd confiscate from kids.
"You see what's happening..." What if white women look around and see that really nothing out of the ordinary is happening? This argument is only going to work on people stuck in the Fox/RWNJ bubble, who were going to vote for him anyway.

Same time frame, I always had the best collections of those cars. My Hot Wheels were the envy of the school yard as I had cars that no one could ever get. I got astronomical rewards for my trades. It took me 20 years to find out why. I was flying cross country and sat next to an exec for Matchbox. And I never say more than a few pleasantries to my seatmates, but this time I did. Turns out back in the 70s Matchbox and Hot Wheels had a west coast line and an east coast line. It made sense to someone for some reason. Most of my Hot Wheels were Christmas and birthday gifts from my grandmother and they lived in Oregon and I lived in Virginia. No one in my neighborhood had a west coast distributor, so I was king. This was the Whip Creamer and it ruled Ashlawn Elementary. And yes, that little orange wheel under the hatchback did in fact spin.
What's most important about fascism is getting the trains to run on time and you can't depend on a tardy person to do that.
