I've been telling anyone that listens that Rafa Dias does not pass the "eye test". He doesn't catch the ball on saves and gives up an insane amount of dangerous second chances. I am glad to see the voting by 183 of his peers bears that out. That said, I am glad he didn't cost the Wave the championship this year as the organization didn't seem bothered to upgrade the position until Dias got hurt and back-up GK Matt Eisold gift wrapped the Harrisburg game.
