𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝘂𝗽.We have agreed a deal in principle for the transfer of Jadon Sancho to United! 🔴⚪⚫#MUFC— Manchester United (@ManUtd) July 1, 2021 Hope he brings some balance to our attack & yes I am fine if someone wants to find a better title (not a hard challenge!)
Suggestion here that he will be a big plus for Donny - ie having someone capable of one-twos on that flank. https://www.unitedinfocus.com/news/donny-van-de-beek-can-be-big-winner-from-jadon-sancho-signing/ Big plus for Bruno too if we have more balance to our attack and also whoever is on our left given how teams drift to that side and overcommit defender there - as that is where all our threat is. Will also be fascinating to see how Sancho / AWB works out - especially as AWB has improved a little this season.
BBC write up on Sancho with various quotes and stats comparing to our current forwards. It was a long chase but Manchester United have finally agreed a fee in principle to sign Jadon Sancho 🔴#bbcfootball— BBC Sport (@BBCSport) July 1, 2021 Profile; https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/57674033
That's one way to go, I suppose.... Why United wanted Sancho. Jadon Sancho to Man Utd: Why the Borussia Dortmund winger is their No 1 transfer target this summer | Football News | Sky Sports
That is actually generous - thought it would be lower Also, last time I thought we signed a RWF was Sanchez, then Mou played him exclusively on the left (because as we discovered later of the goals win prizes gig in his contract) - so who knows if he will bring balance ...
Huge ambition and courage: the unstoppable rise of Jadon Sancho. ‘Huge ambitions and courage’: the unstoppable rise of Jadon Sancho | Soccer | The Guardian Mentioned it before, but can't let the fact that he's been very much overlooked by England so far in the Euros, mask the fact that we're getting a pretty special player. A gem who could reach the very top in no time. He's far from the final piece of the jigsaw but just looking forward to see how he will integrate into our attack (and the team in general). And hopefully bring it back into balance...
Don't know why you are all excited. Guy can't buy his way in an England starting eleven. Clearly below par player
Baffling that Southgate hasn't considered utilizing him at the Euros. Wonder if any of that has had to do with the ongoing transfer saga, or impending medical. Doubt it...cause what would have been the point of bringing him? Still though, it has definitely crossed my mind a few times.
Exactly, I mean Fabinho is a below par DCM because he can't past Casemiro on the Brazilian national team...

What’s the reference of the thread title? It’s pretty horrible but I figure it might make sense to someone.
