Prior to what could be the biggest week in the history of our club, I wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone that's been working on The Trails project. Please don't take this as counting a victory before it has occurred, but regardless of the outcome on Thursday, a bunch of people, some of whom have never been to a Wizards game, have done so much. Cathy Jolly and John Sharp have done an unbelievable job of leading an effort that has created broad community support for The Trails, and we're so appreciative of the efforts. I'm hopeful that Mayor Funkhouser changes his position by Thursday, and it is noteworthy that he is a strong supporter for the concept we are presenting. There's still much work to do following a positive vote, and it would be great to have him there helping carry the flag. We appreciate all of the fans who have shown up for meetings, and those of you who are taking buses to the Thursday vote. It means that world to us and we're hopeful we'll have a stadium to deliver to you in the Spring of 2010. Thanks for everything. Warmest regards, Robb
and thank you, OnGoal -- for everything you've done to get us to this point and for all the awesomeness that awaits us in our own stadium. this thing will have been well worth the wait.
