Buriram tied Gamba Osaka 1-1 tonight in pouring rain all game long. Theeraton put a masterful free kick in the upper right corner of the net. He does this every year, but the foreign ACL commentators are still shocked by it every time Siwarak put on an embarrassing grass-rolling show around the 88th minute. Other than that, Buriram represented Thailand well. The most noticeable difference between the J League and the TPL from this match was how well the pitch held up in Osaka. If the match had been played in that rain on almost any field in Thailand the game would've been simply unplayable because the grass would be so soggy the ball just wouldn't roll. Those J League pitches are top notch.
Do you know why Sisaket have had a few of their fixtures delayed? Is it because Sisaket are generally a bit weird?
Lol. Well I remember hearing it was just because they were scheduled to play both BG and Buriram on dates that clashed with their ACL schedules. Buriram has in 3 matches equaled the point total that saw them through the group stage of ACL 2013. Still plenty of work to do and it's best to win this group if possible, so as to avoid whichever club tops the Group of Death in round 16.
It's pretty easy to find streams. Just search whatever channel the game you want is being shown on in Thailand (ex: watch Truesport2)
found it ! i subscribed to truevisionANYWHERE and by facebook registration i bought the all season live broadcasts. something like 300 baht. thanks for the help guys !
Buriram is hosting Gamba Osaka right now in ACL play. 1-1 at the half. Buriram has had the majority of the chances, but poor finishing has kept the score level. Buriram needs to start finishing better, it should be 4-1 right now.
Buriram blew it. Wasted chance after chance, many of which were right in front of the net. Then Gamba made them pay with a late goal. Buriram 1-2 Gamba Osaka. Buriram looked like the better team all game, but just couldn't finish.
Yes, by a wide margin. But EPL is still the most popular league over the TPL in most parts of the country.
Thailand's 2018 World Cup Qualifying group: Group F Iraq Vietnam Thailand Indonesia Chinese Taipei The odds were definitely in our favor today. Iraq and Vietnam were many peoples' picks as the weakest in their pots. Iraq will be and should be favored to take this group, but if Thailand can take care of business we should at least finish second. First isn't necessarily out of reach either. Luckiest draw in years!
Buriram has a do or die match tomorrow evening in ACL. Buriram hosts Guangzhou R&F, and must earn more points than Gamba Osaka, which hosts Seongnam, to advance and earn a R16 match-up with Guangzhou Evergrande.
TPL table after last weekend's results: Korat and Buriram both drew crowds over 24,000. It's great to see Korat picking themselves up recently and hitting the top half of the table. Buriram is back on top again as expected.
Buriram made a statement 5-0 victory over Guangzhou R&F, but fails to go through, because of the poor H2H record in the three-way tie atop the group. Really a disappointing, heart-breaking way for Buriram to go out. Can't help feeling that they really deserved to go through, but it just came down to that one home game against Gamba Osaka a few weeks ago when Buriram just couldn't finish no matter what they did. The late goal allowed then and the late goal Seongnam allowed tonight were deadly. And to think that if GD were the tiebreaker, Buriram would be top of the group.
Thanks for the information dude. I really dont understand this format. As I know, H2H only deal with runners up and 3rd place . Really dissapointed to see them out even the GD was more to Buriram .
Huge 3 points for the Thai national team tonight over Vietnam at Rajamangala! A Vietnam player picked up his second yellow card around the 72nd minute, and Pokkhao made a nice cross-net shot from distance to grab Thailand's first 3 points in 2018 WC qualifying.
Thailand gets the win in Taiwan to make it 6 points from the first two world cup qualifiers. Great start.

Possible I guess, both are available for 3rd September. Thailand host Iraq in Bangkok on the 8th, not entirely sure if they would be willing to travel to say Iran or Dubai to meet Afghanistan, but they do in my opinion need to meet a West Asian side (like a Lebanon) or at least differently not an East Asian side. Philippines wanted to play them but have ended up playing Vietnam, I don't know why the SEA nations only ever want to play each other. They need to play different styles..Afghanistan would help.
