Rocco Romeo still shows up even though he is on a season long loan to HB Koge in Denmark. Assuming this list is what counts against the cap, this may help answer my questions about how MLS views players on loan in terms of cap space. 2. The team's total salary is $13.9 million ($17 million with guaranteed signing bonuses etc.). This list doesn't include recent moves (Dorsey out, Soteldo, Lawrence, and Dwyer in) so I suspect the total is now at least a couple of million higher. Let's call it $16 million anyway. 3. Bono at $450 k seems pretty high. 4. Laryea is a bargain at $200 k as is Akinola at $89 k. 5. Altidore is still high at $2.2 million ($3.6 guaranteed) but is lower than he used to be. 6. Osorio remains the highest paid Canadian at $850 k (and, I believe, second highest in the league behind Cavallini at $1.1 million). I question whether Mavinga, who is also at $850 k, is Osorio's equal. 7. Total Canadian payroll is $1.85 million ($1.95 guaranteed).
