    In 2013....

    EPL
    1. Manchester United- they're good, young, and rich enough to get what they need.

    2. Arsenal- Not there yet, but they are loaded with young talent.

    3. Chelsea- As long as ownership remains the same, they will get what's needed.

    4. Liverpool- Gerrard and Torres still around? They should be fine.

    5. Tottenham- A psychic vision says the spurs will be a contender.
