**passes out** Oh well. At least she's playing. But, the Spiritless??????? ::hurls violently:: They keep misspelling her name too. The Z comes before the Y!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ------> KrZykowski **side note** Do you guys realize we are 3rd in post count? SD is 1st and Philly is 2nd . Of course over half of SD's posts are in NSR threads, which is something I believe we got in trouble for... gotta love the double standard, eh???? I'm gonna dwell on a nice thread to begin here in our forum... look for it soon!!!!!!!!!! Lisa in maroon! Crap! I still hope she gets picked up... even if it's SD.
Oh great...and instead of signing Lisa look who's in the defence...mini Fair Ok, Ronnie is ok and all, but I totally think that Lisa is much better than she. Maybe it was just that Lisa was with Boston the whole time while SD was finalizing thier roster.
I agree. Lisa has much more experience than "mini Fair"...(I love that!! LMAO!). Not too late ya know. They can always dump her for Lisa!!!!!!! I think you're right about Lisa being with Boston during roster time. SD may still choose to go with her and give Ronnie the boot. I just hope it works out for Lisa, ya know? I think Lisa could definitely be an asset to a team. I know for a fact that Stone wasn't happy about having to release her.
Get me out of here. They are holding me against my will. They said they would shoot my family if I didn't play. HELP! - Lisa
I haven't seen you in a while Ludahai. WB to soccer civilization! (well at least women's soccer. The men are still an emerging third world soccer nation)
ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!! Nice to see you are still around Ludahai! How's the wife and the new surroundings? Still enjoying life outside the US??
I will pop in here and again. I am working full-time and studying, so I am a bit on the busy side. I am not so sure the men are an emerging third world soccer nation. The US men are ranked tenth in the world. I still don't understand how the Mexicans are ranked ahead of the US though. WAR BEAT!
Things are wonderful here, though I am incredibly busy. Listening to the UNH Cats hockey game right now (Frozen Four bound with a win in this game). It has been warm of late, in the 80s most of the last month, though it broke into the ninties back in late Feb/Early march. Unfortunately, there isn't much of a soccer culture in Taiwan. Baseball, basketball, and badminton are the big sports here, along with table tennis. I will pop in on occasion. I will rely on y'all to keep me informed about the goings on of the Beat. If anyone can send me copies of games, I would appreciate it.
is there any possible way to upload the games to kazaa so everyone can dowload them instead of mailing tapes?
How come a big stink wasn't made about Amanda Cromwell going over to sunny San Diego a while back? Which brings me to this....according to the latest Soccer America Women's Soccer Insider newsletter both her and Lisa K. along with wahine Andrea Alfiler have all been kept in San Diego's training camp after their 16+2 roster was named. Wouldn't it be funny if both Cromwell and Lisa K. made the Spirit's active roster? BTW...Lisa K. apparently turned down Boston's invitation and instead opted to tryout with San Diego.
While I like Amanda...She was with the team one season (initially a reserve)...she saw some playing time but nothing real substantial. Lisa on the other hand was a starter both years...made herself available to fans...and had a huge following. I haven't heard from anyone that would be speaking with Lisa, but I'm sure she had her reasons for going the way of SD.
Well it's official...Lisa K. is now with the Spirit. Jen Mascaro retired and Lisa K. was signed to the active roster. In other news Amanda Cromwell was added to the Cyberrays reserve roster.
