    Hi all,

Two questions... apologies if anyone brought this up before (I didn't see it when I checked the board a couple weeks ago):

    1) Did anyone else have this problem? I have DirecTV (but not the MLS package) and I had both the 10/15 @Hou and 10/18 @KC games blacked out on Comcast Sports Bay Area, despite the fact that the Quakes' website and the SJMN both listed these games as being televised.

DirecTV claimed it was not an error, the game truly was supposed to be blacked out in my area (Mountain View). That sounded like BS to me since my friend in Sunnyvale who also has DirecTV picked up both games on his DirecTivo. I've been meaning to complain to DirecTV and Comcast and MLS in writing and am now just getting around to doing it.

    2) I've been all over sjearthquakes.com and cannot find an email address to the Quakes' organization. I want to include them on my complaint. Does anyone know how to email the front office directly (i.e. not just a ticket rep)?

    Many Thanks,
    -PM

Do you also have the DirecTV Sports Pack ordered? If you've gotten all the other Comcast SportsNet Bay Area Earthquakes games, then you most likely do.

There've been some similar problems reported here about blackouts of Comcast SportsNet West (now Comcast SportsNet California) Earthquakes games, but blackouts on CSN Bay Area is really unusual.

    I wish I knew. :(

Your best bet would be to contact your ticket rep and ask him/her who in the front office you can directly email the issue.

    GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!!
