Televisa purchased an additional 5% stake in Univision last December. As part of that purchase, Televisa now has the rights outside the U.S. to certain programming produced by Univision Deportes Network, such as Futbol Central and Univision Deportes Extra (UDX). Those two programs now air in Mexico, Central America, and Dominican Republic on UnivisionTDN, which was known as TDN 2.0 prior to the re-branding on May 1.
