That added time isn't a mistake. Bundesliga matches have seen big fan protests over the last couple of weeks.(The Hannover-Hamburg match yesterday had over 30 minutes of added time + a bicycle lock fastened to the goal). They stopped the clock for a bit or this match would have had a higher number.

Pefok was injured when an opponent ran through his back. He tried to continue, but finally went down.

Pefok entered the game along with Scally in the 88th minute. After some time-wasting by Pefok in the attacking corner, Gladbach force a turnover that becomes a Reitz goal that extends their lead to 3-1 and effectively ends it.
