Because of our ridiculous injuries, he hasn't had much of a chance to have an organized rotational pattern. A lot of games have been very sloppy or too close for comfort for some reason. Today's 2nd half was a good example, it would be hard for any coach to throw basically our youngsters, (That's all we seem to have left ATM) into the fray.. I think and I would hope after the break we will go back to a nice rotation.
From what I gathered, today during the second half seemed exactly like the right time to throw in some youngsters.
Honestly, I thought about this exact same thing.. But in his shoes I still would've done the exact same thing.. The game started to get very sloppy and dangerous for us. It would've been very hard to throw a bunch of youngsters in such a chaotic 2nd half. Nervousness, inexperience, pressure, etc could've gone much worse if things weren't going well.
But that's the whole point of putting youngsters in, there's always the chance of failure. If those potential drawbacks weren't there, than everyone would play 17-28 year olds on a regular basis.
All I am saying is that it's infinitely harder in his shoes in that bench then it is for us from here. If I was him I would've used more youngsters, but I also understand why
thats the point! now its all ok but next year? why dont give a chance to Weiser, oder Höjbierg (today the danish was on the bench)-
I'm sure that if we'd score the 3rd goal in the first minutes des zweite Halbzeit Guardiola would put Höjbierg on the pitch.......
Gomez wanted to leave. Pep actually told Gomez they could work together, but Gomez had already made up his mind. I think it's time for some of you to let him go too.
Yes I know, we lost 2:3 with Furth, but Weiser, mit Schöpf and Green, is part of FC Bayern A-team so why dont give a chance to all these guys?
I know, I'm just tired of Gomez's story being brought back every second a chance appears, and the ridiculous hate toward Mandzukic.
First: that was basically what I was saying, the game was way too chaotic and uncomfortable for us to throw out vets and put in rookies...so that's why I understood peps move. Second: this may sound crazy to many people around the world. But why not lahm for balon dor? Look what he helped accomplish in 2013... He captained a treble winning squad, he put in over 100 caps for his NT and helped them get direct qualifying. He plays RB and LB, he plays every game, he now plays as a DM and CM with fairly easy transition... There hasn't been much he can't do and hasn't done. He's always extremely professional on the field, never dives, never bitches and whines, always gives 100%, rarely has a bad day, rarely misses a timed tackle.. I wish lahm would win it. Over ribery and Ronaldo and messi.. It's really become a farce now
It sounds crazy because for a few games, he was incredibly average as a defensive midfielder for half a year. The blame here is mostly on Pep but that doesn't change that he didn't play as a Ballon D'or quality player for the half time. If we based it off the 2nd half of the 12/13 season, then yes, Lahm would certainly be a great candidate for the title. However Lahm I doubt I see him winning it. If Maldini never won it, I see a similar fate to Lahm. Frankly, I'd give it to Robben or Schweinsteiger over Ribery. If Muller hadn't lost so much form this year, he was also more influential in the first 6 months of 2013 for Bayern as well IMO.

Looks like Pep still has skills. Also, Arjen Robben is not going anywhere as Uli says : "In due time we'll find a solution. It’s still 1 & 1/2 years away, that’s why I don’t understand all the fuss. Arjen knows what he has here and we know what we have in Arjen. He does not pressure us, and we don’t pressure him." Pep said : "I’m knocking on wood that he stays fit."
