seems like he might have been injured as he started for Bayern U19 and only played 30 min in their 3-1 loss to Freiburg U19.
He had been dealing with some bruising on his left knee since last match. He had been receiving treatment for it all week. Both player and manager thought he could play through it vs. Freiburg. He made a slide tackle that made the pain flare up again, but he could still run on it. However, the manager and trainer decided to take him off as a precautionary measure. Should be available next match, although I'm not so sure he will start.
