Anybody got an Arsenal tattoo? I'm thinking of getting one, although I'm not sure of what. I can't decide on just the cannon, or perhaps the whole crest, or maybe the cannon with "Arsenal F.C." over it or something. I really don't know how red looks as a tattoo, so I'm not sure how the full crest would look. I've actually thought about putting an entire Arsenal Hall of Fame on my back in letters or something, or perhaps a list of the trophy seasons in my arm. This would probably be expensive though. Has anybody had thoughts of getting tattoos?
I've often thought about getting the cannon on my chest, ala the 60s and 70s shirts, but have never pursued it.

i have got a tattoo on my right arm with a maltese and english flag(my mixed nationalities) and in between it says 'arsenal fc' in the style of the old arsenal badge text. on the top of my back i have got 'arsenal f.c' written in olde english style text written across the top. looks good but could do with being a bit bigger. im going to get a cannon above that one, soon. the red in my flags looks good on my tattoo, but ive got pretty tanned skin so i dont no if that makes any different. ill try post some picks up of them if i can find some
I think that the cannon, as aforementioned on the 60's and 70's kits (I have one, and it's fantastic) would be the best option. But if I got the cannon, I would also have to have some lettering above it. Maybe a "Highbury 1913-2006" below it or something. I'm not sure. EDIT: It should be worth noting that I have the palest skin that has ever existed. Also freckles.

I think the A from the word Arsenal in the old creast looks cool. I also like the cannon but have been accused that it looks like a penis! Don't think its worth it to get a tattoo though...you don't need one to show your support for the club.

I have the old crest on my left arm. I had it drawn for my leg, but at the last minute I decided to get it on my arm so it's bigger than other crests I've seen. To get all of the details and the "victoria concordia crescit" big enough to last it had to be enlarged a bit. I love it, has great detail and anyone in the Atlanta area looking to get an Arsenal tattoo I'd suggest Good Clean Fun.
well, why the hell not? one tattoo is as good as any other. if anyone gets the goonersaurus, though, I'd have to wonder about his/her ability to operate any moving vehicles.
With all the stupid shit people put on their body -as a veteran with three tatoos though I love mine- I hardly think a true Gooner who bleeds for his club could be faulted. A person's first tatoo might be a mistake...after that, no way. You don't know what that needled feels like and then proceed to get something you lack interest in or care for. I don't have a Gooner tat, but have considered it. Honestly I'll probably accent one of my current tatoos with red and white and that will be my tribute.
i designed one for my arm. it's a half bicep band with one cannon on each far edge, in the middle reads "victoria concordia crescit". doesn't actually say arsenal f.c. anywhere, but those who know really get a kick out of it.
im sorry this is ridiculous people getting tattoos of clubs from another continant who they probably only seen on television its quite ludicrous in my opinion but whatever floats your boats
