BTW, just to add, I'm gonna be selling my tickets for the next few games, if not the summer. I don't think going out there is worth my time, cash, and trouble anymore. I'll stick to roadtrips and stay involved with the club, but I'm going to take a home game sabbatical till October. Hopefully the Open Cup game won't be at Estadio Jose Cardenal.

I'll take half face value for all my tickets through the Crew game in September (I think that's 8 games?).

(Just to add, this isn't a protest or a call to arms or anything stupid like that. i'm not trying to set an example. I've just come to the conclusion Fire home games where they are now are not, personally, worth my time. I can watch them on tv if need be and have a better experience than I would at the park.)

Didn't know the game was televised. Might take you up on the ticket offer, have to check my calender vs. schedule to see. I'll let you know.

<Pep Talk>Hey man. Not really sure what happened to ya but from what I read last night, you got a raw deal. And that sucks.

And I can appreciate what you're saying and where you're coming from. But emotions are probably running high right now.

Don't give up on the whole summer. If you think a break is in order maybe skip a game or two.

It's shaping up to be a good summer. Don't let this shi**y experience spoil it for ya. Again, I don't know what happened so I'll shut up, but wait a few days before bailing on the summer.</Pep Talk>

Liam, I agree. Don't just give it up. It was ************ed up situation, stick with section 8. Give it a few days to think about and remember your there for the rest of section 8, and the players. You deffinatly have the support of most on these boards.

Liam, it wasn't all bad. You got to spend the 2nd half in the Dallas locker room with Kim.

This really isn't a rash decision. Anyone who saw me last night knows I was very calm about the whole thing. I'm not gonna run to management, I'm not gonna sit here and whine endlessly about it...I'm just not going to attend any more games at Cardinal Stadium. I'll go to roadtrips and wait till September.

I won't become any less involved with the club or the section otherwise (and I hope the Open Cup game/s are at a site other than Cardinal Stadium) but I can't think of a good reason why I should spend good time and money to go out there when I can have a similar if not better experience watching at home. I realise that support for the club should come first and foremost and it will continue to. But I think I can do my best for the team in that regard when we are not in Cardinal Stadium.

It's just a personal decision. There is no protest, and I have nothing against the team and its staff, who generally (even if they don't admit it publicly) hate the place just as much if not more than we do.

Big ups to the team for performing the way they do, and I'll see them in KC. But I'll watch them play next weekend's home game from my couch on ESPN2.

The worst part is...when you sit down to watch the game...you'll have to listen to Fat Dave Dir on color.

    Dear Baby Jesus,

Thank you and your Father for the gift that is the mute button.

    Praise Him.

P.S. Give my best to Kimberly, again. What a piece of ass!

It's not that bad. They spent most of the time talking about how impressive the Fire are.
