Tessmann on the roster for this evening's Coppa Italia game against Frosinone: https://www.veneziafc.it/news/i-convocati-per-venezia-fc-frosinone

Im very pessimistic about this whole Venezia situation and I’ve never felt more certain about anything soccer related before. They are assuredly getting relegated absent something miraculous on the transfer market or on the field. Not that I’m opposed to Busio/Tessman playing in Serie B at 20 years old. That doesn’t bother me at all.
I missed the PKs (not a big fan of). Venezia was not a fun watch; maybe Busio can make things interesting.
On the game day roster: Tanner Tessmann is in the match day roster for Venezia today against Napoli - looking to make his Serie A debut. No Busio this week pic.twitter.com/dy3dIsS10d— Brian Sciaretta (@BrianSciaretta) August 22, 2021
On the bench: Substitutes: Lezzerini, Bertinato, Schnegg, Svoboda, Tessmann, Dezi, Bjarkason, Galazzi, Sigurdsson, Karlsson— Venezia FC (@VeneziaFC_EN) August 22, 2021
It's 0-0 at the break, and Venezia is in position to push for the win because of a strange red card decision by the referee that has sent Napoli down to 10 men. Let's see if Tessman plays in the second half.
Especially with 2/3 midfielders on yellow cards. I’m sure Venezia will want to keep their man advantage. Not surprised Tessman is a bench player given what I saw from him at FC Dallas; which was good, not great play in MLS.
Into the match: Tanner Tessmann replaces Luca Fiordilino in midfield. Arnór Sigurðsson comes on for Francesco Di Mariano in attack.64' | Napoli 1-0 Venezia#NapoliVenezia— Venezia FC (@VeneziaFC_EN) August 22, 2021
Game over. Napoli 2-0 Venezia. Tessmann picked up a yellow in the 75th minute. Oh well. Graduation time! @bungadiri
Please don’t merge them. I actually am more interested in some players than others in these situations. Tessman > Busio Robinson > Ream Richards > Tillman
Agreed. Plus their careers can (and likely will) take completely different paths, so better to keep them separate IMO.
