This afternoon, Paris was convicted of murder by the jury.

Let me be the first to blame the decay of traditional morals and the creeping of liberalism.

That's one of the problems of kids having kids, yes 18 years old is too young to be a parent.

But at least he kept his kid from turning gay. That would have been a tragedy.

The only thing he kept him from being (besides alive) is yet another in no doubt a long line of abusive fathers.

While I think blaming hatred for gays is not the main reason for this murder, the continued homophobic feelings among the right really has colored a lot of peoples minds. In this case, though, this dumbfvck was an abuser and he deserves the worst punishment that he can get.

Gee maybe we should put him in a ring with Mike Tyson and let Mike smack him around in just the same fashion that this sick fvck did to his kid.

Personally anything short of death for this bastard is not enough.

    "The Right is Killing Us."

While the father is ultimately responsible for this horrific act, the anti-gay rhetoric we hear doesn't help matters.

No it will not, but really what purpose does him staying alive provide?
If someone can be that barbaric to their own flesh and blood, then there is no need for them to continue on this Earth.

If this were a dog that bit a kid, we would put it down, in this instance I see no difference between the 2 animals.

No, no death penalty for this guy.

I remember hearing something about how kid-killers and child molesters had it the worst in jail.

If he's afraid of being gay, he better get over it real quick.

I understand and admire that you are against the DP. For me I still feel it is needed in certain cases.

I am a parent, and seeing anything like this makes my blood boil and thirst for revenge on behalf of the child.

I agree with the post that child molestors and abusers have it worst, I really hope in this case it is true.

I hope that the punishment can fit the crime.
