Based on circumstantial evidence Taj Charles Sangara appears to be a December 92' American born Canadian Striker who is on the books of the top tier Croatian club NK Lokomotiva Zagreb. Will keep this one open until further confirmed...
According to transfermarkt, he was born in Philly, is a 19yo Canadian striker, and actually played 72 mins as a sub against NK Osijek and NK Lucko last spring in league play: http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/taj-charles-sangara/leistungsdaten/spieler_209870_2011.html
Lokomotiva Zagreb is used as a feeder club for Dinamo Zagreb, the biggest club in Croatia. Is he a Lokomotiva player or on loan there from Dinamo?
I tend to believe the database sites when they have a city of birth listed as well as a country, especially when that city doesn't have the same name as a city in another country -- though I can't seem to find any confirmation of his place of birth on any non-database sites. Anybody else seen it? He seems to have lived in Canada pretty recently, so we should be able to confirm this easily enough.
Transfermarkt and Wikipedia both say he's moved to RNK Split, but I haven't found any mention of him on the club site or any other confirmation.
He played 50 minutes at striker for Radnik Sesvete vs. HNK Sibenik in a 2.HNL game on 8/18, but didn't get on the scoresheet: http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/nk-radnik-sesvete-hnk-sibenik/index/spielbericht_2255096.html
