I don't want to hear anybody else say that Chico is not porking someone!

He just provided the bacon for about 100 people at Chelski-gate. :D

Apparently me and the other Chelsea chicks do too. ;)

    :D

Just an update for folks. Some of the local DC Blues will be bringing a few kegs as well, and some food and such. The food being a bit sketchier, as really all people want to bring is more beer. :D

Folks are also happy to kick in on the kegs folks are getting, so PM me if you find yourself short and I can hook you up.

Joe, I may not look like it, but I'm an old guy and can't read print that small. ;) Can someone draw an arrow on the section of parking lot the tailgate will be on? Will the parking nazi's....Errrrr attendants allow me to divert to that section?

FU Danny Snyder. I had to get that in, sorry.

I'm too lazy to read this entire thread, but I can bring my Weber along with me for the tailgate if you need another grill.

i'm not seeing a section A75 either. and my eyesight is pretty decent.

on a side note, will we still be able to buy barra tickets for this game at the tailgate?

Alicia is still working on it but it looks like it's going to be a little too expensive because of the departure time we want and the down time during the game. I'll post here if she has anything new to offer.

    A drive and go?

If no bus...maybe we can all group up and gather at a central location and carpool....?

Any events during the week..like parties or drunk fests??

    :D

Great! BTW, I like that avitar. :) Anyone know what traffic is like on 295 heading twords Fed Ex at 6pm? I'm expecting it to be bad.

Note to all Maryland drivers....The Geo is a 3 cylinder !! Doing 55 mph is like breaking the sound barrier! :D

you want to be on 495, not 295

its right off the beltway to the stadium. 295 will add time and distance

Uh, how do I get to 495 without either taking 295 or Rt. 1 to get to it? I'm leaving from work.

go to 9th street and get onto the south/southeast 395 north
take s. captiol street and the bridge and it becomes suitland parkway
exit at branch ave and go 3.5 miles to the beltway and take it north towards baltimore

you are only about 5-10 minutes from fedex from rt 5 on the beltway

Alternately, if you're in the District, you can take E. Capitol Street past RFK. As it leaves the District, East Capitol Street becomes Central Avenue. Go about 2 1/2 miles to the intersection with Garrett Morgan Blvd. on the left and Ritchie Road on the right (why do they do that crap in Maryland?). Turn left onto Garrett Morgan Blvd; it goes into FedEx near the A parking lots.
