I am not sure if there are any available at retail stores in the Philadelphia area. Have you tried the usual suspects on the internet? Bigsoccer.com's store, eurosport, e-bay sometimes has something.
They are completely sold out until december. Due to the recent success, it seems the jersey is sold out just about anywhere. If you can't get the jersey in Switzerland, it's going to be real difficult to find in the U.S. I would go to local soccer specific store, and ask them if they can order it once it's available again (it's made by Puma):
