Re: Swiss Abroad 2007/08 [R] in the Tribune de Genève Müller says he was contacted by Castella and would have signed for Servette if the project (take over) would have gone ahead but this way it probably won't be neither Müller nor Castella at Servette immediately Müller also hasn't found an agreement with Grenoble (due to salary) and hasn't had any other offers so far
Re: Swiss Abroad 2007/08 [R] there is a lad from Canada who got a call for the U-16, Aaron Schneebeli
Re: Swiss Abroad 2007/08 [R] Von Bergen on the scoresheet as Hertha are trashing Nistru Otaci (currently 8-1)
Wicky once again underwent surgery and will miss at least 3 months with Chivas USA. He has barely played for them this season due to health problems and I wonder if his playing days are just about over.
Patrick Nyema Gerhardt (23, former youth international) has signed for romanian 1st league newcomers CS Otopeni.
Bunjaku scored twice against Bayern Munich in the German cup, but it wasn't enough as RW Erfurt lost 3-4 Lustenberger scored for Hertha
the positive note from the weekend is that Behrami started for West Ham disappointing tough not to see Dzemaili in the squad for Bolton, Magnin and Eggimann starting the season on the bench
What the hell is wrong with Dzemaili and his agent. Is it so hard to find a new club? Time is running out and I'm getting worried. Milos Malenovic has signed for Almere (FC Omniworld), dutch 2nd division.
Why wouldn't you want to sell him/loan him out? He's not even with your squad. In january you wanted to loan him back to Zürich but their president declined. I bet half the Swiss league would like to have him on loan and also a few Bundesliga teams.
Dzemaili said Garry Megson wants him to stay, so Dzemaili decided to stay. We'll see if he gets a chance. I think, he would be a plus for the Wanderers in defensive midfield. David Degen could move to YB btw
He played in most of the pre-season games, he's very much in Megson's plans even if he didn't get into the squad for the Stoke game.
Not a single minute on the pitch so far for Gelson, this is quite alarming. Behrami hasn't had a bad game for West Ham yet. Good news from Italy. Padalino played a liitle over 30 minutes as Samp drew Inter 1-1 and he was very good. Next debutant? No time for Ziegler though. Vonlanthen and Meyer seems to be third choice in Salzburg. Frei made his comeback for Dortmund's amateurs, 2 goals and one assist!
Another Serie A debut as Lichtsteiner played the whole game as Lazio crushed Cagliari 4-1. Feltscher (Lecce) and Grippo (Chievo) were not even on the bench though.
