If the question wasn't purely retoric - she's got a live-in boyfriend. But, hey, if you'll let that stop you, you're really not that keen on her, are you?!

I would have to say Sweden for both right now. Norway has been the better for the women but maybe that has changed a little bit.

Well, that of course depends on who is doing the considering. I would consider this: Sweden has done better than Norway the last two women's championships (Euro 2001 and WWC 2003) and done at least equal to Denmark qualifying and playing in the men's last two championships. The danish women's team is not competitive any more and I think it's safe to say Norway's men is number three in Scandinavia. Combined women and men Sweden is by far the best.

Usually we also want to include Finland and Iceland our little world in the north of Europe, but in this case they don't matter (even if they might make a surprise game from time to time).

my opinion about scandinavian countries : 99.9 % are blondies, is that true? , I've never been there...but, someday i will, looks like to me they're great people and tradition but, the weather most likely cold the whole year but, it won't stop me from going there...

Nope. I used to work closely with Nokia and Ericksson. One Finnish company and the other Swedish. The Fins are probably 80% blonde, which is a very conservative estimate. The real number is probably a lot higher. Sweden is a lot lower. Probably around 50%. One of my coworker who is Finnish said typical Swedish look is red hair and freckles. It sounded very strange to me but it's somewhat true when I went there.

Sweden has gotten a lot of immigrants. In fact around 12-13% of population are immigrants. Majority of them are from Eastern and South Europe. Finland, Norway, and Iceland don't get immigrants so they maintain their genetic integrity.

They played some great soccer in this tournament. And they lost to a great team.

Svensson was my favourite player in the tournament. The Swedish energizer bunny.

And Moestrom with that Pippi Loengstoecking look. :)

Fun stuff. Great crowd at the final. The Swedes will be a formidable opponent in the Olympics.

Well, in the lower divisions that do happen and it is Division 4 Dam Nordvästra Skåne, the 6th tier.
And I believe that is the lowest tier they have in Skåne (the region called Scania in Latin and most times in English) where it is situated. The tiers below the 3rd is administered by the county federations and they have between 1 and 4 tiers below the national 3 levels.
