Walcott swerved one in from 26 yards outside the box. Hart knew nothing about it.

Also, the first Sweden goal is being called a Glen Johnson OG.

Zlatan is a classic... First, he tells Joe Hart to "F*** off." Then he takes a sip of water from his bottle and throws it down derisively.

What a blast by Ibra. He's really wanting it.

And wasn't that a two-footed lunge by Terry? Went unremarked...

    Great goal!

Good to see some fast, less 'physical' players making the difference.

Just an astonishing play from Theo. Really coming good after all that hype and heartache.

And words fail re: the finish. What. Ever!
    Fantastic!

Who saw 3 goals coming out of this England side? And it could easily have been more.

Shocking. Thrilling. Perhaps not World Beating, but damn entertaining.

Here's hoping they come out with confidence against the Ukraine -- should be fun.

Sorry a neighbor was over visiting so watched it muted but Theo's goal... was that a deflection? Doesn't seem to have deflected on numerous replays.

Ibra may be a gigantic prick, and beyond cocky, but I thought he played quite well in these two matches. He created the first goal, and scored in the last match and set up Elmander for what should have been the equalizer. I did not see him give up and pout.

He did have the break away where perhaps laying off to Elmander was a better option than going it alone. But how many great goals have we seen from him going it alone? Hard to fault him for doing what has made him a great goalscorer.

The Guardian play-by-play called it a deflection.
I personally could not tell one way or the other. But it did have a certain arc to that would indicate a deflection. I'm sure we'll see the super slo-mo a few more times.
