Sweden won additional UEFA Cup place....

Sweden have gained an additional UEFA Cup place in 2004/05 after the national association topped the UEFA Fair Play rankings for the 2003/04 campaign. Swedish Superettan (1st division) club Östers IF will therefore go into the UEFA Cup qualifying round after coming fourth in the country's domestic Fair Play competition. The Allsvenskan clubs IF Elfsborg, Djurgårdens IF and Hammarby have already qualified for the UEFA Champions League or UEFA Cup.

The 11 other countries, with a Fair Play coefficient of 8.0 or over, are in contention for two additional "Fair Play" UEFA Cup spots and will go into a draw, which will take place during the half-time interval at the UEFA European Under-21 Championship final in Bochum on 8 June.

I sure hope Brann gets the spot. With this years rooster (Olofinjana, Kvisvik, Winters, McAllister, Soma) we can really accomplish something.

Isn't it group play in the uefa cup this year like in the CL? I heard of something like that last year.
