I don't even like sushi (yet), but I may be working for this place soon, as they're about to open a place here in Chicago off Wells street. Those in NY/Miami/etc., what did you think of it?
Not so fast. I have sushi every Friday. You realize of course that sushi is white rice w/ vinegar. I don't usually get fish with it. Mostly california rolls, starburst or snack pack. You will know these when you see them. For the fish, eel, tuna, snapper and shrimp are pretty much my choices.
