You all looked and sounded great.

I was so happy that you saw all of our goals from close up.

    Agreed.

Everyone was awesome in that group behind the goal. Great stuff and a great day.

Indeed. I think that one of the few saving graces of the telecast (there were numerous empty seats in noticeable areas, i.e. first rows on the sidelines) was the spectacular DC United Support at the game. Full marks to DC United fans for their turnout and for their well organized support.

The singing was so loud you could even hear all the words clearly on TV.

With my friends suround sound, I felt like I was there. We were bouncing and singing along with you.

The TP in the net got the keeper rattled I think...

This organization is class from top to bottom. I LOVE seeing our fans dominate away stadiums. GREAT WORK!

I just got back from the game. I was sitting in the front row with the eagles. As I posted in the general forum, all I can say is WOW!!!

The supporters there rocked. I really think we played a part in getting in oshoniyi's head. I am pretty sure there will be mention of this from other people at the game.

The players played their butts off. The atmosphere in the nest was electric. Singing for the entire 90 minutes. It was really an amazing moment for DCU and MLS.

I am just glad the cup is going back where it belings.

    The supporter's clubs were great!

We had tickets in section 130. Immediately after the game we came over to celebrate. You guys were fantastic. Loud, supportive and cheering the whole game. You really out did the Fire Supporters from last year. They were much better than the Earthquake fans last year. This year DC brought 5 times as many fans as Chicago did and they were 10x as loud.

I think the team said it better than any of us can. I started crying when they sang the "ole"s at the end.

I had two comments after the Kovalenko pk/red card.

    1) What the he!! was Dema thinking???

    2) More importantly, even after the pk was scored, all I could hear was DC UNITED !! !!!! DC UNITED !! !!!! DC UNITED !! !!!!

DC United has the best fans in the country. We travel like mofos and give our team mad support, even in away/neutral venues. EF the rest of league, WE ARE WHERE IT'S AT!!!!!! :D :p

Well, he did say he'll do anything to help the team win. Perhaps he thought that the ref was letting handballs go after Lecko's little devine intervention? :D

DC fans did a great job, about the same as what we did last year but you're letting current emotion cloud your judgement. We also lost the game, which impacts things a little. 5 times as many fans?

Again, great job to you. Glad that Nowak won.

haha i think the dc fans this year were a bit louder, like you said, it might have been because we were winning, but we had about the same number of fans i think. im not sure though

We got louder after going down and stuck with the team through the end, singing even in defeat afterwards.

Congrats, you guys did a great job.
