(Hey, I know that this isn't really Spirit related, but figured some of you don't look in the college forum that often...)

Bummed that the Spirit won't be playing until March? That there aren't any more NWT games happening for a while? That the Div I playoffs aren't going to have any games in SoCal?

Why not support our two-time Div II champions, the UCSD Tritons!

According to their latest press release, the team will be playing a second round game (after a first round bye) at Triton Stadium, on Sunday, at 1pm. Tickets are $4 general admission, $2 for students with ID, and $1 for kids under 12.

  2. I've already sold my soul to the bruins, but if I could get down to SD w/out it being a major process, I'd give my cheers to the tritons...Good luck in Div II, UCSD!

$4 is a little steep for me. ;)

Thanx for the reminder tsunami, I may try to do this.

That $4 is an NCAA requirement, UCSD never charges (or asks for 'donations') during the regular season.

Since UC Davis defeated San Fran State, they will be the Tritons' opponents. That means the two teams will be meeting for the third time this year...
