    Hey guys,

I was just curious as to what, if any, energy-based products you guys take before playing a game? A few years ago I would just pop a caffeine-tablet but since then I have found that Pre-Workout formulas intended for weightlifting actually help improve performance.

I've tried Jack3d, SuperPump 250 and Anadraulic State Gt. Out of the three ASGT has seemingly worked the best.

So what do you guys take pre-game? do you take anything? do you have any other pre-game rituals?

im surprised you'd take superpump to be honest, i wouldnt think of touching an NO product before i have a game. i used to use a supplement called SCI-ENERGISE from sci-mentor which i found to be pretty decent, just a caffeine mix

Nice. Is the reason you avoid NO products such as SuperPump because of the "SuperDump" syndrome?

I sometimes use Lucozade Carbo Gel, cheap and gives you an energy boost

Nitric oxide supps in general are sketchy imo.

I just usually have either coconut milk (~200mL) with whey or BCAA.
