Hey everyone, I really need some help or advice. Okay I am going to begin working midshift at work and need something to listen to in our workshop. The cheap radio we have only gets golden oldie stations. Seriously too! I need one that will let me get Kroq and other good stations here in the LA area. Question: Is there a radio that has a super powerful reception thats also small enough to carry in/out f work or to leave in a locked safe? The reception part is critical. What kind of radio should I get? Is Shortwave any good? Please help and keep me from being bored.
